First Baptist Church of Pearl

I am married to Jeremy Olexy and we have 2 beautiful daughters, Morgan and Constance.  We have been Pearl residents for over 23 years.  I am and have been  active member of the community with being President of Friends of the Library, on the board of Keep Pearl Beautiful, on 2 PTSO boards for a combined 15 years and a Girl Scout troop leader.  

I have been the Children's Minister for 10 years at First Baptist Pearl.  I jumped in head first with the Vacation Bible School.    We have been going strong ever since.  I have witnessed many children begin to grow more and more in Christ.  It brings joy to my heart when I have the honor to witness these children experience Jesus' love for the first time.  

We here at First Baptist Pearl have a desire to have our children learn the Word of God through play, song, crafts, Bible verses and stories and begin to hide it in their hearts.  We have a vision for these children to learn to love Jesus at a young age and learn to carry this with them as they grow into young adults.  

 I look forward to meeting new children and families in our church as we grow together to change lives and open hearts.  Be blessed!
